UAE to send 16 planeloads of relief items to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, AUG 28 (DNA) — After a Turkish plane carrying relief aid for flood affectees will reach Pakistan soon, the UAE government was also set to send 16 planeloads of relief goods including shelter tents, medicine and other aid material to Pakistan.
Federal Minister for information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb, took to her twitter account and said that a plane for the flood victims, on the premier’s appeal, will land at the Noor Khan Airbase, 4:30 in the afternoon. This will be the first shipment.
In another tweet, Marriyum Aurangzeb said that 15 more UAE planes with important relief materials like shelter tents, medications and food items will land in Pakistan within the next few days.She shared both these tweets under the hashtag of PM relief fund. =DNA
