ISLAMABAD, DEC 18 /DNA/ – Ambassador of UAE Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi has said the UAE and Pakistan share a deep-rooted friendship, built on mutual respect, shared values, and a common vision for regional peace and development.
Looking ahead, the UAE is committed to further strengthening our partnership with Pakistan.
He expressed these views on the occasion of the National Day reception, which was attended, among others, by the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The ambassador further said, we see huge potential for collaboration in various sectors, including renewable energy, artificial intelligence, sustainability, economic diversification and agricultural innovations. Together, we can create new opportunities for our youth and drive innovation that benefits not just our two countries, but the entire region.
Th ambassador further said, as we celebrate this historic occasion, let us reaffirm our commitment to the values that have guided our nation: unity, determination, and compassion.
He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Government and people of Pakistan for their warm hospitality and continued support.
‘May the friendship between the UAE and Pakistan continue to grow for generations’, he concluded.
