Two policemen among seven injured in twin Chaman blasts
CHAMAN: (DNA) – At least seven people, two policemen among them, were wounded when two blasts hit Chaman’s Mall Road in Balochistan on Monday.
According to the local police, the first blast occurred near an under-construction building off the Mall Road, injuring a person.
When some people, including security officials, gathered at the site of the explosion, another blast occurred, resulting in injuries to them.
After being informed of the blasts, a contingent of security forces arrived at the site of the blasts and cordoned it off for security purposes. They launched a search operation in the adjoining areas to look for culprits.
Rescue teams shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
