Two NAB officers dismissed over corruption accusations
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – At least two officers of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was dismissed on Friday over corruption accusations.
A press release issued by the accountability watchdog says that both the offices failed to prove their innocence.
An inquiry was held against the officers over the accusations, it maintained.
Meanwhile, a statement issued by NAB chairman Justice retired Javed Iqbal termed corruption ‘cancer’.
We have formulated a comprehensive policy of ‘accountability for all’.
He told that the complaints received to NAB in the present year are double than those made in 2018.
