Tajikistan envoy, Mayor discuss opening of Tajik tea house in Capital
ISLAMABAD, APR 28 (DNA) = Mayor and Chairman CDA Sheikh Anser Aziz has said relations with Tajikistan are exemplary and efforts would be made to further strengthen these relations.
He expressed these views while meeting with the Ambassador of Tajikistan Sherali Jononov who called on him on Friday.
The Chairman CDA and Mayor welcomed proposal from the Tajik ambassador to open a Tea House in the Capital adding CDA would extend all possible help in this regard.
Earlier the Ambassador of Tajikistan invited the Mayor to visit Dushanbe at any time convenient for the Mayor. The Mayor promised to visit Tajikistan as soon as possible.
He also promised to look for various opportunities in order to strengthen and promote cultural relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Sherali on the occasion said Tajikistan and Pakistan enjoy excellent relations in all fields. He disclosed some high levels visits are expected between the two countries that would further bring both countries closer.=DNA
