ISLAMABAD, (DNA)- Senior officer of Information Group Tahir Khushnood has been appointed as Press Secretary to the President of Pakistan. He has been promoted in Grade 21.
Tahir Khushnood was earlier serving as Director  General Internal Publicity. After promotion he has been appointed as the Press Secretary of the President.
Mr. Khushnood is a senior and experienced officer of the Information Group. He has served on many key positions both at home and abroad.
Meanwhile, another senior officer of the Information Group Mian Jenagir has been appointed as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Previously he was serving as the Director General Cyber wing of the Ministry.=DNA
