Supreme Court decides 100 years old land dispute case
ISLAMABAD, JAN 30 (DNA) – A land dispute was decided after 100 years on Tuesday.
The case of a dispute over 5,600 kanals was filed in court in 1918. The Supreme Court of Pakistan took up the case in 2005.
The case has been decided by the SC after 13 years.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar has ordered to distribute the land among the heirs as per Shariah.
