Sri Lankan HC condoles with family of Adnan Aurangzeb over his demise
ISLAMABAD, MAY 31 /DNA/ – Sri Lanka High Commission has condoled with the family, loved ones and friends of Mr Miangul Adnan Aurangzeb, who lost his life in a road accident on his way from Haripur to Islamabad.
He was an engineer, former member of Parliament and current head of the former princely family which ruled SWAT princely state. He was one of the leading figures with a indepth knowledge of Gandara Buddhist heritage and have been actively taking part to put SWAT on the Buddhist map.
He has been a dear friend of all the Sri Lanka High Commissioners who served in Islamabad. As per his beliefs may Allah rest his soul in peace and give strength to family and friends to bear the irreparable loss.
