Slain Maqsood’s sister threatens to set herself afire if justice not provided
KARACHI (DNA) – Sister of slain Maqsood, the boy who was killed during an alleged police-dacoits encounter on Shahr-e-Faisal in Karachi, has threatened to set herself ablaze.
Benazir has demanded the provincial government to launch proper investigation into her brother’s murder case and bring the culprits to justice.
On the other hand, Chief Minister of Sindh (CM) Murad Ali Shah has declared Maqsood as martyr.
Maqsood was the only brother of five sisters, and was going to tie nuptial knot few days later.
His family alleged that police have murdered him, and requested Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa to take notice of the incident.
