Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol to share screen once again
MUMBAI: (DNA) – Famous Bollywood duo Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are set to share the screen once again by replacing Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar in the sequel of 2017 hit Hindi Medium.
According to a Bombay Times report, Hindi Medium producer Dinesh Vijan approached the ‘Dilwale’ stars to play the lead pair in the upcoming installment of the social drama.
The new story will reportedly be set in the US and be directed by Homi Adajania who has helmed films like ‘Cocktail’ and ‘Finding Fanny’.
Both Shahrukh and Kajol have also begun participating in the initial script reading sessions Reports say Irrfan Khan, the star of the first Hindi Medium will also be a part of the sequel.
Kajol and SRK are known to have starred as a romantic pair in various movies like Baazigar, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, My Name is Khan and Dilwale.
