Senate motion failure: Shehbaz, Bilawal restrict party members from commenting against each other
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Opposition Leader in National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chief Bilawal Bhutto have barred their leaders from giving statements after failure of no-trust motion against Senate chairman Sadiq Sanjrani.
In a statement, Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto have directed their leaders to stay quiet until the report of fact finding committee. They further stated that the matter will be reviewed in All Parties Conference (APC).
Earlier, Bilawal had announced to submit motion in senate to end secret balloting. Senate elections were rigged and Sadiq Sanjarani should resign, he demanded.
