SC adjourns Asghar Khan’s case hearing till June 12
ISLAMABAD, JUNE 06 (DNA) – A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has adjourned the hearing of Asghar Khan case till 12th of this month.
During the course of proceedings on Wednesday, the apex court asked former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to appear before the court today.
Attorney General Ashtar Ausaf Ali told the court that the former prime minister will appear through his counsel. On this, the apex court gave him time to hire the counsel and adjourned the proceedings of the case which will now be heard in the Lahore Registry of the apex court.
