ISLAMABAD, MAY 25 (DNA) – Senior PTI leader Senator Shahzad Waseem hosted a well-attended iftar dinner for his colleagues and members of diplomatic corps.

Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani attended the event as chief guest while envoys of USA, Britain, Japan, Turkey, France, China, Canada and many other countries graced the occasion with the presence.

Governor Punjab Ch. Sarwar, Chairman Senate Foreign Affairs Committee Senator Mushahid Hussain, federal and state ministers and prime minister special assistance were also present on the occasion.

Senator Shahzad Waseem in his brief remarks thanked the guests for accepting his invitation. He said the purpose of the event was to provide friends and colleagues with a chance to interact with one another.

Senator Shahzad also expressed his gratitude to members of diplomatic corps and his fellow Senators for sparing time for the event.
