DOHA, (DNA) – Qatar Airways’ ultra-modern Airbus A350-1000 will join the airline’s New York JFK route starting October 28, 2018, the airline’s first commercial route to the US operated with this state-of-the-art aircraft.

Qatar Airways is the global launch customer for the world’s most advanced passenger aircraft, the latest member of the Airbus wide-body aircraft portfolio, which currently operates daily non-stop service between Doha and London.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “We are thrilled to introduce the A350-1000 on flights to and from JFK, one of our key US gateways.
