PTI to name Firdous Shamim as opposition leader in Sindh Assembly
KARACHI, (DNA) –Top brass of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is mulling over naming Firdous Shamim as opposition leader in Sindh Assembly, well-informed sources told.
Sources privy to development told our correspondent that PTI has made contacts in this regard with Grand Democratic Alliance, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) and other parties.
Out of 130 seats in Sindh Assembly, PPP has secured highest 76 seats while PTI won on 23, MQMP 16, TLP 2, MMA 1 and Grand Democratic Alliance on 11 seats.
