President invites Int’l Community to visit Pakistan
Islamabad : President Dr. Arif Alvi has invited the international community to visit Pakistan and see the hospitality of this peaceful country.
In his special message on the occasion of World Tourism Day, the President said Pakistan provides an opportunity for tourists to enjoy natural landscapes, centuries-old diverse culture, welcoming people and delicious food.
He said all the four provinces of Pakistan including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir have been blessed with attractive natural landscapes, weather, animals of different kinds, flora as well as social and cultural diversity.
The President appreciating government’s initiatives to promote tourism said the tourism sector in Pakistan has the potential to play a significant role in the economic development of the country through development of small businesses.
