All polling stations in Absheron-Gobustan election constituency #50 equipped with all necessary facilities
BAKU, FEB 03 — “Preparation for the February 9 parliamentary elections at the Absheron-Gobustan election constituency #50 continues in accordance with the legislation”, chairman of constituency election commission Rafeddin Naghdaliyev told.
He said that the constituency includes 51 polling stations, with 49,058 voters: “15 candidates from the constituency will compete for the parliamentary elections. Candidates are provided with all conditions to conduct their pre-election campaigns, and boards are installed. Candidates place their pictures and posters on campaign boards.”
According to the chairman of the CEC, two open and two closed venues have been allocated for the candidates to meet with their voters. So far, no problems have been reported in any polling station.”
R.Nagdaliyev said that all polling stations were provided with necessary equipment. Web cameras are installed at 7 polling stations. More than 400 observers were registered at the constituency to observe the elections.
