PML-N’s Saad Rafique claims victory in NA-131
LAHORE, (DNA) – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) leader and former railways minister Khawaja Saad Rafique on Sunday claimed victory before counting in constituency NA-131 has even completed.
He alleged that results of two polling stations have not been given to his polling agents. He warned government and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against rigging.
“We will lodge protests if our result is tampered with”, stated Rafique.
It is pertinent here to mention that Rafique is contesting elections against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Akhtar. In 2018 polls, Rafique had lost this seat to Prime Minister Imran Khan.
