PM Sectt catches fire; PM cancels all activities
ISLAMABAD (DNA)– The Prime Minister Secretariat caught fire on Monday at the 6th floor.
It may be mentioned here that the Prime Minister was chairing a high level meeting when the 6th floor caught fire due to short circuit.
The Adviser to Prime Minister Nadeem Afzal Chan told media that the PM was informed about fire incident during the meeting the Prime Minister continued with the meeting till it ended according to schedule.
The fire brigade immediately rushed to the spot and carried out rescue work.
The building was immediately got vacated by the security staff.
It may be mentioned here that prime minister office is also located on the 6th floor.
