PM lauds services of Sardar Qayyum for Kashmir cause
DHIIRKOT, July 29 (DNA) – Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif visited the residence of Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan at Ghaziabad Dhirkot to offer Fateha for his father late Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan former President and Prime Minister of AJK.
The Prime Minister expressed his heartfelt condolences on the demise of Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan and recalled his services and struggle for the Kashmir cause.
The Prime Minister said that late Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan had illustrious political career and maintained close contacts with Kashmiri people.
The Prime Minister prayed eternal peace for the departed soul and expressed that may Allah grant patience to the bereaved family to bear this loss.
Federal Minsiter for Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan and Governor Gilgit-Baltistan Muhammad Birjees Tahir and Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Affairs Syed Asif Kirmani were also accompanied the Prime Minister. =DNA
