PM Abbasi meets Khurshid Shah, discusses candidates for caretaker PM
ISLAMABAD, APR 11 (DNA) – Prime Minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi met Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA) Khurshid Shah and discussed candidates for caretaker PM.
As per details, names of former finance minister Dr Hafeez Pasha, former chief justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani and former governors of State Bank Dr Shamshad and Ishrat Hussain were taken under consideration.
Reportedly, a consensus has been developed between Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) over the name of ex-CJ Tassaduq Hussain Jillani.
