PIA revenue increases after joint venture with Turkish Airlines
ISLAMABAD, Dec 18 (DNA) — Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) joint venture with Turkish Airlines has resulted in an increase in revenue of the national flag carrier.
PIA has earned Rs2 billion through flight operations to Istanbul from Lahore and Islamabad. Sources said that more than 38,000 tickets to Istanbul from Lahore and Islamabad were sold during one month. PIA is operating six flights to Istanbul in a week. Flight operations from Lahore to Istanbul commenced on November 15, 2022. =DNA
