PIA cancels special flights to Toronto, London, Manchester, Birmingham: Sarwar
ISLAMABAD, MAR 27 (DNA) – Federal Minister for Aviation Division Ghulam Sarwar Khan said that keeping in view the sporadic spread of Corona Virus around the world, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has cancelled flights to Toronto, London, Manchester and Birmingham till April 5.
In a press statement, the Minister said that the decision was taken in the National Coordination Committee held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad Friday.
The Aviation Minister said that these flights will be rescheduled after the 4th of April. Furthermore, flights to Europe, America, and Canada will only be operated by PIA after the 4th of April, 2020, when the operations are expected to resume. = DNA
