PAT Chief Qadri calls APC to decide future course of action
LAHORE, DEC 21 (DNA) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri has said that they would announce their future course of action during an all parties conference (APC) scheduled for December 28.
Speaking at a joint press conference on Thursday with Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed, the PAT chief said they are inviting all major political and religious parties in order to hold consultation with them.
“The real case is that of the Model Town incident, and all others would be opened on their time,” he said.
It is important to mention here that in the light of the Model Town inquiry report, Qadri had called on Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Law Minister Rana Sanaullah earlier this week to step down from their positions by December 31.
Qadri, on Wednesday, had also announced launching a movement ‘Tehreek-e-Qisas’ in response to ‘Tehreek-e-Adl’ announced by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif, saying that he will announce his next course of action in case his demands are not met.
