Passport office in each district by the end of March: Ch Nisar
ISLAMABAD, JAN 30, (DNA) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has expressed that the opening of passport executive office in Islamabad is a good news and offices in Gujranwala, Peshawar and Quetta will be also be inaugurated soon.
He told a press conference in Islamabad while professing that only 94 passport offices were set up throughout the country in last 69 years while our government opened 74 offices within the last one year and three months.
Interior Minister also vowed during the press conference that there will be no district in Pakistan without passport office by the end of March.
He revealed that 14 more passport offices will be operational by the end of March while more improvement will be brought in upcoming years.
Chaudhry Nisar was of the opinion that the purpose behind setting up new passport offices is to solve problems of the masses.=DNA
