Pak,Russian FMs discuss progress on Afghan peace process
MOSCOW, (DNA) – On the final leg of his tour to regional countries, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi held discussions with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow on Wednesday.
They discussed the entire gamut of bilateral relations and regional situation especially progress on Afghan peace and reconciliation process.
They also focused on converting the existing bilateral multidimensional relations into strategic partnership.

Earlier, the Foreign Minister visited Afghanistan, Iran and China where he discussed with his counterparts and other high ranking officials’ issues pertaining to regional peace and stability in the context of Afghan peace process.
During these meetings, Shah Mahmood Qureshi renewed Pakistan’s commitment to assist in furthering peace in Afghanistan and the region.
