ISLAMABAD, APR 10 (DNA) – Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Hussain Qureshi has said Pakistan will continue to play its role for peace in the region including Afghanistan.

He made these remarks while talking to new Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Atif Mashal, who called on him in Islamabad on Wednesday.

During the meeting, the situation of Afghanistan with special focus on Afghan reconciliation process came under discussion.

The Afghan Ambassador applauded the endeavors of Pakistan for regional peace.=DNA
