Pakistan wants to diversify relations with Afghanistan
ISLAMBAD, MAR 10 (DNA) -Pakistan’s Ambassador to Afghanistan Syed Abrar Hussain has stressed accelerated bilateral cooperation in divergent fields between the two neighbouring countries.
In an interview, he said Pakistan had spent five hundred million dollars on the socio-economic development of Afghanistan.
He said these funds were used in health, infrastructure and education sectors including construction of roads, hospitals and schools.
To a question, he said Pakistan has supported Afghanistan government in the peace process for stability in the region. The Ambassador said Pakistan desires to see Afghanistan a prosperous, peaceful and stable country.=DNA
