ISLAMABAD, JUN 8: /DNA/ – Maksat Babayev, State Minister of Turkmenistan and Head of TurkmenGaz and Minister of State for Petroleum of Pakistan, Musaddiq Malik signed TAPI Joint Implementation Plan meanwhile Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif witnessed the signing ceremony, on Thursday.
