Pakistan holds protest against Afghanistan over Major’s martyrdom

ISLAMABAD, 15 JUNE, (DNA) – Pakistan has registered a strong protest against Afghanistan over Major Ali Jawad Changezi’s martyrdom during cross-border in the wake of latest tension that simmered the third day at Torkham Border.
In the wake of recent unprovoked firing from Afghanistan, Pakistan had launched a strong protest against Afghanistan calling Afghan ambassador to Pakistan Foreign Office slamming all the allegations made by the Afghan government.
Pakistan had also demanded Afghan government to take immediate initiatives to implement ceasefire as cross-border firing entering the third day was worrisome.
Secretary Foreign Affairs Aizaz Chaudhary cleared that Pakistan had been building gates in its territorial boundaries and that its reason was to exercise strict surveillance and formal mobility of Afghan citizens. =DNA
