Pakistan Embassy to France hosted reception to Mark Pakistan Day
PARIS, MAR 26 (DNA) – Embassy of Pakistan to France hosted a simple yet elegant diplomatic reception in Paris yesterday to mark the Pakistan Day.
Pascal Alizard, President Pakistan-France Friendship Group in the French Senate, Mr. Francois Pupponi, the Vice President of France-Pakistan Friendship Group in the French National Assembly, other parliamentarians, mayors, high level French dignitaries, members of the Diplomatic Corps, intellectuals, scholars, and members of French and Pakistani media attended the reception in large number.
During the ceremony, guests from all walks of life interacted with each other and congratulated officers and staff of the Pakistan Embassy on their National Day.
Live Pakistani national songs along with documentaries on Pakistan were played during the reception. The participants also showed keen interest in the photographic exhibition by Imran Y. Choudhary and Mr. Bilal Javaid depicting the scenic and cultural treasures of Pakistan
The guests were treated with traditional and signature Pakistani dishes.=DNA
