Pak community of France observed Defence day in solidarity with Kashmiris
PARIS, SEPT 06 (DNA) – A large number of members of Pakistani and Kashmiri community of France and members of the Embassy of Pakistan to France observed Defense and Martyrs Day in solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris of Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) in a simple and dignified ceremony held in Paris today.
While speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador of Pakistan to France Mr. Moin ul Haque paid tribute to the valiant armed forces of Pakistan who have guard our frontiers and never hesitate to give the supreme sacrifice of their lives in defence of their motherland.
He also expressed Pakistan un-flinching and unwavering support to the people of Kashmir for their just struggle in the exercise of their right of self-determination.
He called upon the international community and the international humanitarian organizations to pay lead to the plight of the sufferings of the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have been locked down under a curfew and denied access to food and medicines for over a month now.
He also reminded the permanent members of the United National Security Council of their responsibility for resolving the long outstanding Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UNSC resolution and aspirations of the Kashmiris people, which is essential for peace and stability in the region.
