PAF C 130 to participate in Royal Air Tatto Show in UK
ISLAMABAD , July 8 (DNA) PAF C-130 aircraft, specially painted to highlight the sacrifices of Pakistani people and the Armed Forces in Operation Zarb e Azb, and Pakistan’s role in eradicating the menace of terrorism from the world, arrived at Royal Air Force Base, Fairford (UK) to participate in the Royal International Air Tattoo Show-2016.
The PAF contingent comprising air and ground crew is participating in the various competitions and events organized at the Royal International Air Tattoo Show-2016. PAF C-130 had participated in this prestigious event in July, 2006 as well and had won three major trophies of the competition.
Reputed to be the biggest military air show in the world, Royal International Air Tattoo Show features modern military and classic aircraft from more than 50 countries across the globe.
The 2016 Air Show will be focusing on the future developments in the field of air power under the main theme “The Next Generation: Inspiring Innovation”. Various Air Forces, aircraft operators, aerospace and technology companies as well as organizations are also participating in this mega show.=DNA
