Oppression cannot foil resolve for self-determination: PM Abbasi
ISLAMABAD, APR 02 (DNA) – Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has condemned recent Indian aggression in Indian Occupied Kashmir in which 17 people have been murdered so far.
He urged India to stop atrocities in Kashmir and calling legitimate struggle for independence terrorism. He said that oppression cannot stop the struggle for self-determination.
He further emphasized the role of UN resolutions in this matter and told India to allow UN fact-finding mission in Kashmir to gauge the whole situation.
Foreign Office of Pakistan also condemned the state-sponsored terrorism by Indian in IOK. FO informed that the oppressive regime there suspended the internet services to curb the influx of information to and from the subjugated areas. It urged the international community to take cognizance of gross violation of human rights by India in Kashmir.
