Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad decided in PM House: Nawaz Sharif
ANKARA, FEB 23, (DNA) – While condemning the blast in Lahore, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed great grief. He held an exclusive media talk in this regard.
PM Nawaz told that the nation’s determination against terrorism has further strengthened. “Will not rest till eradication of terrorism”, he said.
He further stated that the decision to launch Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad was taken in Prime Minister House. He stated that it was decided during a meeting that countrywide operation against terrorism will be conducted.
Nawaz Sharif said that the same meeting gave approval to invite Rangers in Punjab for security concerns. It must be noted that seven people died today because of a blast in DHA area of Lahore apart from thirty injured.
While urging for peace in the neighboring country, PM Nawaz said that the land of Afghanistan was being used to spread terrorism in Pakistan. He said that they had made the Afghan government aware of the concerns.
The premier believes that Pakistan still wants good relations with India and that the nation gave PML-N mandate on their manifesto. “Youth is receiving great benefit from the national progress”, he added.
Meanwhile, the premier is to chair a strategic cooperation meeting in Ankara, Turkey. He is currently on a three-day visit to the eastern European country.=DNA
