ISLAMABAD, APR 15 (DNA) – Ms. Hilde Berendtsem the food inspector of Norwegian food department visited renowned Monal restaurant Pir Sohwa and appreciated food quality and hygienic conditions.

While terming the quality and standard of Monal as per the international standards, she said the location and ambience of the restaurant was just awesome.

Ms. Hilde is currently on a Pakistan tour. Apart from Islamabad she will also visit other parts of Pakistan.

Luqman Ali Afzal, the Founder & CEO Monal Group, who has recently been awarded with prestigious Pride of Performance award, arranged a guided tour of the entire property for Ms. Hilde.

During the guided tour she was briefed about the various sections and their working. She was even taken to stores for dry items, meat and various kitchens.

She was simply amazed to see level of cleanliness despite the fact that hundreds of Monal food lovers thronged to the place every day.

The Founder & CEO Monal Group told the dignitary that Monal group always relied on quality food stuff and raw materials, in order to provide its customers healthy and highly hygienic food.

She was told that Monal group employed over 2700 employees in its various outlets. The Chairman also presented a traditional Kashmiri shawl to the visiting guest.=DNA
