Norwegian embassy, Aga Khan Network celebrated 25 years of collaboration
LAHORE, JAN 20 (DNA) – Ambassador of Norway, Tore Nedrebo has said that over the past many years the Norwegian Embassy and the Aga Khan network have been working together in multiple fields like disaster management, women’s rights, education, national resource management, community mobilization, poverty alleviation, sanitation and health services.
He has speaking during a ceremony that was held to celebrate 25-years of collaboration between Pakistan and Norway.

We are currently working together on the documentation and restoration of the Lahore Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Aga Khan Cultural Service’s experience in conservation and re-use of landmark monuments has demonstrated a close link between rehabilitation of historic settlements and promotion of tourism, as well as socio-economic development for local communities.
