Nehal Hashmi expelled from PML-N

ISLAMABAD, JUN 12 (DNA) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday issued orders to exclude Senator Nehal Hashmi from the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), it has been reported.
As per media reports, the prime minister took the decision to expel Hashmi based on the recommendations of a five-member disciplinary committee headed by PML-N’s parliamentary leader Raja Zafarul Haq.
The committee jointly reached the conclusion that Hashmi’s incendiary speech was irresponsible and in violation of the party’s discipline, Haq added.
In a video that surfaced on media recently, Hashmi could be seen warning the individuals conducting a Supreme Court-sanctioned investigation that they will be “taken to task” for interrogating the premier’s family.=DNA
