National day of Kuwait celebrated
=ISLAMABAD, FEB 26 (DNA)- National day of Kuwait was celebrated the other day. Ambassador of Kuwait, Nassar Abdulrahman J. Almutairi arranged a gathering of people from all walks of life.
Federal Minister for Power, Omar Ayub Khan was the chief guest while a large number of people hailing from various walks of life attended the reception.
To formally open the proceedings of the reception national anthems of both countries were played.
An exhibition of handcrafts and various items depicting difference aspects of Kuwait culture and traditions was also arranged. People evinced interest in the exhibition.
Guests enjoyed traditional Pakistani and Kuwait cuisines.=DNA
