NAB reference: Nawaz Sharif’s bail petition fixed for hearing
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Former premier Nawaz Sharif’s bail petition has been fixed for hearing by the Supreme Court.
A three member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will hear the case on March 19.
According to the details, the petition for bail has been fixed for hearing in the next week on the directions of Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.
A three member bench comprising of Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah and Justice Yahya Afridi will hear the case.
Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Khawaja Haris had again filed the petition for early hearing yesterday.
A previous petition filed by the lawyer was rejected by the Supreme Court.
