NAB to file review petition against Hudaibiya Paper Mills case verdict
ISLAMABAD, DEC 18 (DNA) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to file a review petition against the Supreme Court (SC) decision in which it rejected NAB plea to reopen the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case.
According to details, NAB will lodge the review application after consulting with the prosecution team.
Let it be known that a three-member SC bench led by Justice Mushir Alam Rizvi had unanimously rejected the NAB appeal seeking opening of the case, commonly referred to as the Hudaibiya Paper Mills.
On September 20, NAB filed a petition in the apex court to nullify the decision of Lahore High Court (LHC) to shut Hudaibiya Paper Mills case, clearing Sharifs.=DNA
