Mohsin Naqvi condemns Kohat blast near Old Police Line
ISLAMABAD, Sep 18: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday strongly condemned the explosion near the Old Police Line in Kohat and expressed grief over the loss of precious human lives in the incident.
The minister said he was deeply saddened by the deaths caused by the blast and extended his condolences and sympathy to the families of those who lost their lives. He said the government stands with the families of the victims during this difficult time and shares their grief.
Mohsin Naqvi also prayed for the early recovery of those injured in the explosion and expressed hope that they would regain their health soon.
The interior minister said the nation stands united with the affected families and will continue to support them in this hour of sorrow. He paid tribute to the victims and conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to their relatives.
Commenting on the incident, Mohsin Naqvi said such actions by khawarij cannot weaken the nation’s determination. He said these attacks would not affect the collective resolve of the people and that the country remains committed to confronting such threats.
The minister reiterated his condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for patience and strength for them to bear their loss. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of all those injured in the blast.
The explosion occurred near the Old Police Line in Kohat, resulting in loss of lives and injuries.
