Major General Abid Latif appointed at ISI HQ
ISLAMABAD: (DNA) – IGFC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Major General Abid Latif has been transferred to ISI headquarters as DG Counter-Intelligence, sources said on Wednesday.
General Abid Latif has been appointed in place of General Faiz Hameed Chaudhry, who was promoted as Lieutenant General from Major General recently. DG Rangers Sindh Major General Muhammad Saeed has been appointed DG Analysis in the ISI and Major General Kamran Khursheed has been appointed DG B.
Major General Muhammad Ali has been appointed Vice Chief of General Staff-B, Major General Shahid Imtiaz has been appointed GOC 23 Division, Major General Mumtaz Hussain has been appointed GOC SSG, Major General Kashif Azad has been made GOC 18 Division and Major General Majid Jehangir has been appointed GOC 19 Division.
