LAHORE, MAY 06 (DNA) – Light rain during the night in Lahore, Qasur and Bhakkar put a stopper on the escalating temperature and rendered the weather pleasant on Sunday.

Yesterday, rainfall in Islamabad also had its effect on the federal capital as its residents made for recreational spots to enjoy the weather.

During the night of Saturday and Sunday, light rain in Central Punjab lowered the temperature as MET office predicts the same situation for KPK, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan in the coming hours.
