KARACHI, July 22 (DNA): Director General KDA, Samiuddin Siddiqui has said that for the economical stability it is important to eradicate the energy challenges.

“Due to not having a water storage facilities not only industries but agriculture are also badly affected,” he said in a statement Sunday.

In this regards Supreme court has begin a fund collection for construction of Basha and  Mohmad Dams while Director General KDA also issued an order for participation in fund raising.

According to order No: PA/Secy/KDA/2018/1460, for donation of construction of dams for water storage salary of employees and officers would be deducted as  Salary of July Month, One day salary deduction from BS-1 to BS-15 and Two days salary deduction from BS-16 and above grade.
