Japanese envoy meets COAS Gen. Bajwa

ISLAMABAD, JUNE 26 – Kuninori Matsuda, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa. Chief of Army Staff (COAS), today.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security situation and measures to enhance bilateral cooperation were discussed.
COAS appreciated Japan’s contributions to Pakistan in fight against COVID-19. Visiting dignitary praised Pakistan’s role for peace & stability in the region.
