Islamabad 28 October, 2016:  Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force visited Italian Air Force Headquarters.

On his arrival, he was received by Lieutenant General Enzo VECCIARELLI, Chief of Italian Air Force. A smartly turned out contingent of Italian Air Force presented him the Guard of Honour.

Afterwards, he was given a detailed briefing on the working of Italian Air Force.

Later on the Air Chief Sohail Aman called on Lieutenant General Enzo VECCIARELLI, Chief of Italian Air Force. Both the dignitaries remained together for some time and discussed matters of mutual interest.

Air Chief Sohail Aman emphasized the importance of mutual training and conduct of Operational Exercises between the two Air Forces to benefit from each other experiences.

The Chief of Italian Air Force agreed to enhance the cooperation in professional training and participation in mutual exercises.

Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force is on an official visit to Italy on the special invitation of Italian Air Force.
