ISLAMABAD (DNA) – The routes of Islamabad and Rawalpindi have on Tuesday been opened after 22 days of Faizabad sit-in as the protest has been called off.

According to details, Faizabad bus station and adjacent market have been opened. Buses and wagons have started their operation from Faizabad to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Kashmir, Hazara, Galyat and Punjab.

Citizens of twin cities are relieved after routine life has started to restore. Educational institutions are opened and people have started running their businesses. Metro bus service has also resumed.

However, the burnt cars are still present on roads and the wreck is representing the chaos caused by the sit-in.
