PSL: Islamabad and Peshawar to clash in opening match tonight
DUBAI, FEB 09, (DNA) – The first match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) second edition would be played between defending champions Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi tonight.
The opening ceremony would take place just before the first match, in which Shaggy, Ali Zafar and Shehzad Roy would perform and entertain the crowd. The ceremony will be hosted by none other than the popular TV presenter and movie actor Fahad Mustafa.
In a video message posted at the official Facebook page of PSL, Shaggy invited his fans to watch him perform at the PSL second season opening ceremony.
The first match would start at 9 PM Pakistan time. The highest run-getter would be given Green cap whereas highest wicket-taker would be given Maroon cap.
Islamabad United had won the first edition of PSL last year, after beating Quetta Gladiators in the final.=DNA
