Interior Ministry extends Rangers’ powers
ISLAMABAD, 09 MAY (DNA) – The Interior Ministry has extended the powers of Rangers for 77 days, the ministry said on Monday.
“Pursuant to the request made by the Home Department, Government of Sindh, dated 03 May 2016 and in continuation of this Ministry’s Notification ated 03 February 2016, the powers conferred upon Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) in Karachi Division are extended for another period of 77 days with effect,” the notification said.
